$25 doesn't look like a lot for any casino to ruin their reputation and it's almost the same from your previous withdrawal. How much did you actually deposit?
You should probably stay away from casinos with "lucky" in their name. There was another one with a different case and it's still unresolved.
Well, $25 might not sound like a lot of money to you.. but remember what happens if they get 10 new signups per day (10 x $25 = $250) and they can get away with this for 6 months. (People might even deposit a lot more...)
The long con scam like this has gone around for age... people should not make a big second deposit at new casinos for this exact scenario. Keep them guessing and see if you can keep the deposits small. (They might wait 4 or 5 times.. until you deposit something big)
