That's why its hard to find this since we don't know if the project creator is real and really have a physical project running. So best for you to seek for another type of investment since mostly the people I see who use real estate as their front are scammers so better be careful and I think you are already knowledgeable since you mention about those ICO scams.
Sad but true... if bitcoin was more accepted in society, I would never ask on this forum because there are too many scammers. I am asking here because most people outside of bitcoin community don't know how to properly handle and hedge it. It's crucial for me to own asset which is hard to confiscate and generate yield in bitcoin, so I'll try hard to find another option. Mining is not a hedge for bitcoin in my opinion.
Are you interested if I am locally-licensed, bitcoin-paying agent who satisfies all criteria described above? If not, what's lacking? Since real estate ownership does not get automatically revoked regardless of your place of living, if signed carefully, all you lose is just a maintenance capability over foreign real estate. You can find another maintainer , contractor or buyer even if I just scammed you and disappeared after contract.
Who knows if it's suitable for you, the point is to check first, their reputation is calm for ICOs and other investors as well as their tokens.
Reputation does not matter to me. Positive posts on this forum can be by sock-puppets and incentivized shills.
