Ok, I read your paper, but what are you actually building? As far as I can tell Intelly is proposing to buy / sell commercial using tokens and maybe an index in the future? Given that property is physical you're still bound to comply with laws and regulations where the property sits. What value gets created or how does this make transacting simpler than just buying shares?
