Anything higher than 10 means you have successfully opened the port. After each restart, bitcoind will build up network and peers will come with time. bitcoind default is 125 max connections. I think Futurebit lowered that in GUI. But if you have Ethernet connection and good upload, increase max number of connections back to 125, or whatever number you prefer to contribute more data into the network.
