The minimum withdrawal is too much, and of course if you are able to read their ToS you can avoid this site as early as possible and since OP is attempting to withdraw $25 which is below the minimum, maybe this is the reason why the payout is delayed. Thanks for the heads up OP, I might look for more details about this site, though the minimum withdrawal is really disappointing for me, let's see how they'll handle this case keep us posted.
