Not all coins are good for staking especially the new projects, it's better to stake a very strong altcoin even if bear market comes you wont panic, I'm talking about coins like avalanche, solana, terra Luna whatever happens it's all good
It is also almost similar to saving coins or trading, the average person does choose the best to trade and also to be stored for the long term as a good investment, as well as Staking, everyone must choose the best
I don’t think trading vs staking both of similar. In trading you have to take huge risk (profit will big while risk also high). Though staking is also risky but i think big market cap and top coins are almost safe even in the long term your profit might be increased if you will choose potential coins.
