Colonel Panic. A Bitcointalk user that registered on this forum in 2014. Not likely but certain that this user is one of the account farmers before merit system was introduced. He created a thread few hours ago which is the first link I provided below. Probably because no response since some hours ago, he created another thread about account sales again but few minutes ago.
