I want to ask, so we members who are not DT members are allowed to ask DT members for help to mark findings of deviant behavior such as bounty cheaters?
So far I've only provided information to bounty managers, and those who negatively tagged this account.

next question,
how to report in the "Known Alt" thread. for non-DT members, who should negatively tag caught accounts? or we or anyone who finds the catch can tag them?

I don't mean to bring up an old topic. I just want a broader view, when the report gets no response. What is the problem? less strong evidence. Or are there other rules and regulations for the person who will make the report?
