Nano was DAG and it's not a blockchain. It's differet with avalanche as well. Don't you know this? if you don't know about this and then try to take a look at it. Some articles will give you very well explanation about that

You have good resources and you can try to open jobs on some sites and another section as well. I just try to remind you that if DAG is not a L1 and this is not even a smartcondrag. DAG used the different mechanism than blockchain to slice the fees. That being said that dag was a bad thing right now.
