I wonder:

if you had your money held on a website and you need that money, how would you react? will you stay calm? Will you accept that the site ignores you, that the site makes excuses that you have many bills not to pay you?

put yourself in the shoes of these people who are complaining about this site

Exactly.

There are people who do just say that it is just alright or make out some defending moments on where they do say it is really just fine and doesn't need to worry about but if they have been put up on the

feet into those people who had experienced those locked of funds or delayed withdrawals or something then you would normally be freaking out and would really make out some complaints.

We are on a different situation but you couldn't blame out people on having those common reactions which it isn't surprising.
