If he were to somehow reappear and prove himself as Satoshi, by signing messages attached to original wallets, then he'd obviously be immensly influential. However, as bitcoin is a decentralized network, it's become bigger than any individual, however influential. He'd be in this scenario someone akin to Bill Gates, Mark Cuban, or Jeff Bezos but in the crypto sphere.
