I think alt season was over a few month ago. Before there is further confirmation about the price movement, we can't confirm it yet.
But if you see the price movement is different from other people and you believe that alt season will be start soon.
Then you have to do what you believe in

actually i don't understand what are you talking about. there is no corelation between "downtrend" and "overbought" condition"
What I know is that if the market is in a downtrend, there will be an indication that the market is oversold not overbought
