Sorry about your situation, but i would be against any doubling schemes to help you grow your money as they all have an element of gambling which means you could either win extra money on your capital or lose all what you have as capital and leave you in further ptoblems... I would suggrst you talk to the lender and explain your situation to them to avoid making decisions that will cost you more....

If am distracted i avoid looking ot trading because everything i do means am making emotional decisions.... Take some time off to clear your head this has helped me before.
