I am missing something here, why do you think these two accounts are connected? What is the connection between them? Blockchain transactions? But you should then present it as evidence...
I can see that in the first screen shot the two UID's seem to equally share the use of the wallet address, however in the second, just inc uses that one.
Perhaps if you can demonstrate that *both* users are claiming from identical campaigns/bounties simultaneously using the first wallet address, then, yes, there would be a connection.
An example (without further investigation) of why they are *not* connected would be if one or other other is the campaign manager and is referencing the wallet address (over a dozen times) of the other user.
