My cryptofolio is down 1/3+ 
I officially understand the principle of not reacting emotionally. How have others kept their wits during downswings like this?
If you feel stress or dispair staring at the market maybe better to stop looking at it. For the meantime just forget about your crypto portfolio and focus yourself to other important things. Though it is the good time to buy more while market is bleeding but i think we must forget it for the meantime if the emotion are uncontrollable because it leads you to a decision to sell in lose.
