I've seen a user like the OP mentioned, to be exact, on another board, when I asked him what his connection to the site was, he said as participant and player, not owner or team, some problems started popping up, disaster started coming, finally scam.

As far as I know it's a special rule, make ANN posts not banned, many do it, sometimes people do it as a fad, translation and paid for specific sites or as said by: @LoyceV, investors, ico etc.

However, in my opinion, as long as the ANN is published on this forum, as long as they are under the guidance or control of the owner, the team, it may not be a problem, there are still responses and discussions to answer, if someone wants to ask at a later date.
