Sometimes I feel not good after paying a High Fee on ETH, But I want's to know why this?

If you feel bad, why did you want to pay for it in the first place ? if you really don't want to pay for it or are not willing to pay for the amount of fees you have to pay, then just ignore every transaction on the Ethereum network because there are big costs and can't be tricked properlyI feel my emotions with this
