This statement is quite depressing, yes, depressing 'cause you're basically asking those who invest in your token to promote it themselves. Why not use a portion of that 21% for an actual promotion?
21% for the team dev team is too much. While the idea of burning 100% of the fee from each transaction (which is 13%) is good, having zero utility for the token isn't viable. You're just telling anyone who purchases this token to hold it for eternity until it gives them profit.
Lastly, your website design is a bit harsh to the eyes, it's like it was slapped with a rainbow, pick a color man.
Allocation is not for one department there are many departments covering up 21%. No, we suggest hold and take profit wisely else is your decision suggestion's are only for new investors who start trading in greed without understanding how it works.
