1) He will punish and deprive him of the reward for that week, which will be a manifestation of rigidity and tyranny, like an evil big boss.
2) He will be flexible and add the past week to the member, possibly with compensation from the member in the form of additional posts. It would be generous of him and a sign of care for his members.

This text is closer to objectivity:
As long as you make minimum 5 posts a week (I am actually counting 5 posts for the entire cycle from the last few months LOL) and have the signature for the full cycle you are fine. In other words since from the last few months I am counting 5 posts for an entire cycle so you just make 5 good posts in a full cycle and have the sig-code with avatar (if you are wearing) for the cycle, you are fine.
PS: I expect no one abuse my flexibility. I am not too hard to deal with :-D
If you don't praise yourself, then no one will praise you. 
You should include a new clause in the bounty condition for participants: obligatory praise once a week.
