Sometimes I feel not good after paying a High Fee on ETH, But I want's to know why this?

If you feel bad about the high ETH fees why don't you just switch to the BSC network which is cheaper than ETH fees.
Even though ETH is not too expensive anymore, but what can you say if the cost is still very high.
