I would have to agree on this one, the inactivity of any representative of the casino, especially here in the forum is a red flag that must not be overlooked. Considering that if a casino is being introduce and building its image, then players must have some assurance to have someone that they could turn to whenever they have concerns or anything. How could we clarify things and begin to trust a casino without having someone to cater to our needs, right?
