what is scanner technology to find and place bets ? (Betcoin.AG mentioned it above)
I am also really curious to know what is this technology or at least to understand where is the issue... maybe ( I try to guess) is something related betting arbitrage? I appreciate explanation also in private...

You have received help and assistance by community. Plus the website rappresentative explained clearly why they are not comfortable to share in public this proof.
If you feel not happy for what happened and you want a "resolution" and... at this point of discussion... why not contact a 3rd party mediator to explain this issue? I think is the only solution. if you refuse to do that, it's useless blaming other users.
