register here, win money they want to KYC , when i send documents they say for me need 3 days for verification , i wait 3 days no have answer, contact to chat and they say we need 30 days more for verification your account, i win money here and cant withdraw. ITS ALL.
This is definitely shady.
They should not take this long just to process a withdrawal and any casino that claims this to be the case are simply using KYC as leverage to hold your funds for longer imho.
OP, please respond to this. Let us know why you would need 30 days to process some simple ID documents and why you are asking for so much only when people win and want to withdraw, and not when they first deposit.
