CryptoRush is likely dead in the water.. which is why ECC is higher there; people are buying it to transfer out of the exchange since they aren't allowing BTC withdrawals.

but i think this will be a good luck for ECC ? ppl buy it @ 9 then 10 ..etc and they will sell it again in another exchange with more rate cuz they wont sell it lower and lose!
