If NEM software is mostly cloned from NXT with a few changes 1:40 will be a very good deal.
It isn't. It's written from scratch and the devs are working on it everyday. This whole silver to NXT Gold may have been that start of NEM but with the developments so far it looks like NEM is going to be a lot more than that.
