I hold a few alts but the majority on my portfolio is bitcoin. I sell some of the alts if I'm profitable and the same goes for bitcoin. If I think that I'm good to sell and there's no issue of feeling bad because it might go up later, I'd sell.
Especially if I'm in need, there's no stopping me from selling but currently, the price isn't a good time for selling. I may still be in profit since I've been holding these assets of mine before the bull run but for now, I'm good at holding them.
