Been playing there more or less since 7/2021.   As far as custodial casinos/platforms I have used, they have by far been the best about paying out without making me jump through hoops.  I accidentally bet my whole roll on a 5% bet (instead of 50%) and hit it for several thousand $, and they paid it out in seconds.

I average about 1 $20+ cash-out from their free faucet every 3 days.   It has always transferred to my main balance instantly, where I can then withdrawal.

The couple times I have had minor issues with the cashier, support was on top of it for me.  It always felt like it was under control.

You can customize your seed instead of only using pre-set client-sides, which is mandatory for me.   

Good variety of coins and tokens to choose from, with multiple chain options for most.   Depositing ETH BEP20 with a $.05 fee instead of $18 is amazing. 

Personally I wouldn't play dice anywhere else, and I am VERY sensitive to any shenanigans at the cash/cashier.    Again, have cashed out tens of thousands in a month with no delay. 


Criticisms:

- The benefits of their highest tier MVP don't seem to scale and differentiate real players from the rail-birds as much as I would like.   

- Cashback is based on their holdback % instead of factoring in actual loss. 5% of actual loss with a small playthrough requirement for the top players would be more inline with their competitors.

- Some of the previously mentioned rail-birds can be aggressive with the pan-handling, but it is easy to mute them.
