Definitely could do it, but the odds aren't in your favour, pretty much equal. I have a feeling you'll reach it prior to 1030 though, otherwise you might just be one of the unluckiest few considering how deep your into the 900s already.

Last year, I hoped that I could get the rank up to 840 activity, then I had a big hope that I would get this rank before the end of 2021. But a whole month of the new year has already passed, I have 980 activity, but there is still no rank. Ironically, of course, that one of the most active users of the forum gets the rank later than everyone else.
I once had a theory that rank somehow correlates with log time, merits, posting, etc. But it doesn't matter at all. If the forum determined the date of my rank as at 1030 activity, then with a 99% probability I will be able to earn 7000 merit.
