I believe every genuine case is treated by the site security team and if it discovered that the site is at fault and has taken players to fund the deposit will be refunded in full.

Why is it that 1xbit is the only casino with astounding number of scam complaints as compared to the rest that probably has more users than 1xbit?
Let not deny the fact that many casinos have reputation issues both on this forum and outside the forum, but the fact is investigations and responses differ from site to site, I have been following up with the recent happening around the gambling industry and I can name quite a good number of casinos that have similar issues such as 1xbit.
