The issue I was having when attempting to post was it saying that I had posted in the last 300 seconds when I had not.
This restriction is introduced for Newbie accounts. I just gave you 1 merit for opening post. As I can see, you have 15 posts so far. When you reach the 30 activity level (minimum 30 posts and minimum 2 weeks on the forum) you will jump on Jr. Member rank and this problem will disappear
