I think the "no fees" policy is going to be the thing that is going to draw a lot of people. I do not know how they going to keep that up.. but it is definitely a good "bait" to draw people to this casino. 
What I have previously found with other casinos that tried this, was that they would start with the "no fees" policy and later when they have pulled a lot of gambler... suddenly apply a strict withdrawal limit to qualify for this "no fees" withdrawal.
Though I'm not sure from when they have started the no fee policy but it's quite clear that they are unlikely to act like that because they are not new in gambling, operating their casino for quite a long time. It’s new casino who offer such advantages to attract new gambler and change later. I agree. As you mentioned, this isn't some brand new casino that wants to attract players with unsustainable promotions, but a casino that has been on this forum since 2019. Additionally, Thunderpick has been announcing its 0% withdrawal fee since more than two years ago. I believe that the decision has been made after a careful assessment of the cost-effectiveness of such a move.
