Don't propagate false information. That is simply not true. To my knowledge, no company pays campaign participants for what they say on the forum. That would be an immoral marketing practice. It is simply a matter of renting a signature space from forum members to wear their ads.
From your signature, I see that you are also interested in signature campaigns; perhaps it would be a good idea to learn a little more about them.
