It does make you wonder exactly why the chairmen at Tottenham and Manchester United are coming across as incompetent. Alli needs a fresh start and Ndombele needs to move on so why have they not been sold or loaned out in the transfer window?
If Manchester United did not want to sell or loan Lingard to a team chasing a top 4 finish like West Ham United then they should have taken a sale or loan deal with Newcastle especially because Lingard wanted to leave. It makes no sense keeping him there when he can walk away for free without a sale price to another club at the end of the season. They allowed Martial to join Sevilla on loan but did not allow Lingard to leave. That does not make sense.
I think at the end of the January transfer window, Daniel Levy will not sign any player for Tottenham and that will cost Antonio Conte to terminate his contract.up till now spurs have not sell any of the players that the coach ask to move Doherty,Deli Alli, Locelso, Tanguy Ndombele and Robson they are all there and the transfer window is closing two days from now.when are you moving them and when are you bringing replacement. They have lost players like coutinho,Adama traore in this same transfer window.

United's transfers targets are also weird.
I'm hearing rumors that a
winger is linked to UTD. How does this make sense! They have tons of wingers, they just bought Sancho this season and had to loan out Martial cause he wasn't getting the minutes. The same thing is happening with the Spurs players. I don't know what to say!
