The point is, this is an example of scammers still creating new accounts, on the 1xbit platform, and trying to cheat. When caught, they set up a Bitcointalk account and make a complaint. Then just continue to spam. You have a detailed example of this process above.
It's a completely anonymous Casino. 1xbit has no right to take funds from an anonymous account because they suspect someone they banned is behind it.
You can't even ban players or multi accounts from a fully anonymous casino. You can close accounts, but you can't ban individuals, since it's anonymous. Even if you suspect two accounts belong to the same individual, it doesn't matter, you're a fully anonymous casino. In the end all that really matters at this point is they are continuing to take money from players without the players losing it by wagering. No online book should have any sort of regular revenue from taking money from "cheaters", whether they're actually cheaters or , like most of 1xbit cases, they are simply being called cheaters by shills.
