It's all depend on your own decision OP. That is your assets and only you are responsible for that whether to sell or not.  But for me, I think it's too late to sell your crypto now. Better to hold it and wait for the market to recover. Fear and fud won't help your investment to grow instead it will give you a huge losses. Now that the market is down, it is an opportunity to buy more coins and hold not to sell.
