Providing Illegal service!!

I am not sure it should be posted on scam acuusation or not Please refer me if it should be moved to somewhere else.

What happened:: Providing Illegal service. The user providing service which seems to me illegal. Because the person is offering that s/he will ban Instagram and Facebook. I think it is dangerous for legit user as other can misuse this service.
