With time passing he will be crying after 4 months also because he has nothing else to submit as a proof against the team.A person who has lost $10k doesn't only put fake allegations against the casino but give proofs to prove this statement and if it's right then the funds are settled.But you see he is not the legit one in this case.
I suggest you guys click Ignore on his account allegations without evidence cannot be tolerated I'm sure he is a losing person in gambling and have not received reality
I don't know what to expect with all these accusations did he expect duelbits to contact him and give money? really easy way to get money.
Without proof to back up the claim means its a false accusation.
So yes probably he is a gambler who lose his money and cant accept that fact and cant move on. Thus he's trying to ruin the casino by making these rants.
Just ignore him because its a waste of time.
The sad thing about this situation is that, I have seen plenty of people who lost in gambling in "impossible" ways and keep blaming the casino for it. Like just because you had 10-20 in a row loss at 50% chance dice doesn't mean that casino is scamming you. I know that the chance of that happening is low, but the more you gamble the bigger it gets, having 20 loss in a row in just 100 bets is rare, but having it in 50k+ bets is very common, you get it at least once, most probably.
This is why I believe that we should focus on provable scams, duelbits is not a scam and we all know that they are doing a legit job running a very good casino and we love them for it (and also their support is awesome as well).
