Regardless of how the history of this account is in the past (account seller) then I can confirm that recently Groundbit got my attention due to the increased quality of posts on the Indonesian Local Board. He made a useful post and I give him merit for the quality. That's all, but some Indonesian DT members might be able to explain why Groundbit didn't get the tag if it was judged.

I'm not going to comment on Groundbit deserves a negative tag or not, it's up to you how to decide if it's guilty or not. It happened 3 years ago and I don't have the capacity for that. There are no special provisions regarding new cases or old cases that are eligible or not tagged because each DT can have different opinions.
