Yes, I created the topic after the merit system was set. I'm trying to find a new account because I feel unable to rank up with my limited knowledge on the forum. But I didn't find it. Logically, it is impossible for me to manage a MEMBER Rank account if I have another account with a higher rank. But again I say, it was my fault in early 2018.
