Actually based on what coins do you hold, I mean if you hold polygon (e.g) may be you can get gold, but if you hold for meme coin, or something like that, I don't think that you can get more profit, some coins are not good for long term investment, just choose the coins that have good fundamental like bnb, matic, eth, etc.
Any meme does not promise much profit, because all memes only rely on hype and short-term trends so that they can provide benefits, other than those two things there is nothing to be expected in all memes where they are always more likely to be discarded than maintained by the meme holder, so it's pretty clear that choosing the best other than memes is a very correct option.
