For December 2021, the number of merit distributed at the Indonesian Local Board was only 243 merits. But I believe in January we will have an increase. 
Looking at Merit Dashboard and incomplete data for January (up until January 28th), seems like you are having a great month, merit wise. As a matter of fact, it will be your best month in almost two years, since April 2020. Did you finally get a new merit source, or the current ones became more active? There is merit source applications way back in 2018

If other users from the Philippines decide to apply for merits source I think they will struggle to choose 10 quality threads posted within 3 months old or younger.
You don't have to submit 10 quality threads but 10 posts you think deserve more merit, as simple as that. Collect TEN posts written in the last couple of months by other people that have not received nearly enough merit for how good they are, and post quotes for them all in a new Meta thread. The point of this is to demonstrate your ability to give out merit usefully.
