It is a correction, I think you entered at the wrong timing. There's two things you can do, sell it and do day trading to take advantage of the swing market (since the market is not only uptrend and downtrend, on that trend there's ups and downs) and you can hold it alternatively but it's your right what to do with your alts.

But I was just bit confused "Connecting freelancers is it's mission. Should I hold?" what does it mean? hold what? alts? and what is the connection with freelancers?
