I don't know if he have enough employees handling this casino but if they are lacking on workforce then its good to hire another person to watch those areas where people mostly send their questions and problems since if they put active worker there for sure they cannot receive any hate message came from affected person and they can gain positive reviews in support side if someone is active solving those inquiries and issues happen to their casino.
As far as we can see in this forum based on what is happening whenever there is an issue on the site. Lightlord seems to be the one who manage and control almost everything in the casino. Zodiac is known to be the one who help him, I am not sure what is his main job but anything related to payment (deposit/withdrawal) seems to be handled by Lightlord only. I think there is no other official employees in Bitvest, it is better if Lightlord can hire some more people to make the business back with better experience for the users.
