Honestly Tottenham or Manchester United have a higher chance of making the top four spot than Arsenal and Westham United. They have a bigger squad to adjust to the pressure that would come with the second phase of the league. Tottenham let go of some of their players who were not having much game time, like Tanguy Ndombele, Lo Celso, Dele Alli and Bryan Gil. They knew that these players will leave and they needed some replacement to booster their squad amidst their challenge for the top four, they got some players like Bentacur and Kulesevski. Arsenal just lost out about 6-7 of their players and refused to sign. How will they be able to cope when this fatigue and injury set in on the first team players. I don't see them even making the top 6.
I do not think that Tottenham has that chance. I believe that they let their players go because they didn't believe that they could keep them and they just wanted to rebuild while they had the chance. I agree with you on the United part, I believe that United has a chance to crack top four if they keep it up and Arsenal has that chance as well.
We could just agree that City, Liverpool and Chelsea are the top three of the league by the end of the season so there is only one position left for the top four. If I disagree on Tottenham and if you disagree on Arsenal then the only team left for us to agree that will take the top four (possibly) would be United.
Locelso, Tanguy Ndombele and deli Alli left Tottenham because the coach does not believe in them, and I don't blame them because Tanguy Ndombele and Dele Alli offers Tottenham nothing they just occupy space and they were replaced by player's who are serious, Bryan Gill case is different because he was sent on loan with no option to buy because Tottenham have high hope on him.is a good transfer for Tottenham but they miss out on a right back which is very important for the way they like to play.
