You can check on your bet history if you really bet 44$ or not. I experience this kind of display error too when I'm playing in mobile with normal speed of internet. Maybe you really x2 your bet before the close that result to display glitch. Actually the Casino will just redirect you to evolution gaming since its there game. The casino is just listing live casino provider in there website and made a cut on the profit. Sadly it's very hard to contest an issue against there live games because they will just redirect you to both parties involve until you get tired or give you an unfair answer.
This seems like the most likely explanation, Naamandror thought they were betting only 22 dollars but there was a display error and instead they were betting 44 dollars, this could explain the contradiction between the parts, in which Naamandror is 100% sure they bet only 22 dollars while the service provider seems to think they bet 44 dollars.
If that is the case we will need to look at the policies of the casino and service provider to see what it can be done, however I am not sure there is much to be done if the scenario we are describing is in fact what it actually happened.
So there is some sort of some visual bug on which in users end do shows 22 but the platform did really made out 44? Op wont really be making out complaints or fight for his rights if he was able to bet
