I think this is the way it goes with each and every bookie/casino around. Once they gave the answer, they will not repeat it many times. When the case is closed, the case is closed. The problem is that we can learn the truth neither from 1xbit, nor from those guys posting allegations here. We can listen to both sides, but who can guarantee that they are telling truth and in full amount?
Agree with you in general, but what do you say about this bunch of complaints? Why the hell they are not doing anything with this? Guys are posting their complaints here and the administration has nothing to answer. I think it is not the best strategy. I have read a couple of pages here and even on those pages there are around 3-5 complaints.
Most of the complaints that appear in this thread are spam, which has been posted over and over again by the same accounts every few days for many months. Most of them have long time ago been negated, but these people continue to spam.
