I have some of these somewhere but can't find them. I'll post a proper photo when I do. They're the same size as a regular credit card. They've released a ton of new designs.
Here's a screenshot of my order from Fall 2017 so you can at least see what the original two look like. I believe you can still purchase the "original" design, but the MyEtherWallet one is discontinued:
MyEtherWallet gift card type wallet. Each came in a sleeve and unloaded with private key under scratch off material. Produced by the company ether cards long before they started their NFT business.
