in gambling, both online and offline, of course, customer satisfaction is the best, but on the other hand we can't make what we want and indeed from the stake will not prioritize just one member because I believe they have quite a lot of customers.
even though they can complain about it, of course, customers must also be aware that the service provider will definitely need time to realize this.
Yes, they do need time considering on userbase but it wouldnt really be good on looking at on which it did really took so long on clarifying thing and we know on whats the reputation of Stake on this market which cant be denied that they are one of the best and this issues is just really small for them to go down even if they decided to make this un resolved.So far we didnt hear out admins
words or advices about this condition or situation which is somehow an odd kind of thing or whether its already been resolved behind and the community wasnt aware of that.
It is true that this will also be very influential, but on the other hand, sometimes there are some things that need to be followed up directly and there are also those that do not have to be followed up openly because there could be something more urgent than that.
Customer convenience is one of the things that must be prioritized, but on the other hand, customers must also be able to understand when there is an error, whether it is intentional or not.
stake reputation is one of the best now and indeed they are not easy to achieve this so I still very sure that this kind of problem will be solved quickly
