It's working now, I just realized that my config file was missing that voting part in the first line.
Now I can run directly with CGMiner.exe.
Do let us know your miner's config if he is ready to show us, it would be really helpful.

Yes, we will contact him for the conf, but your know it's midnight in China, so we will have to wait for some hours to get feedback.
