Honestly, I prefer a POW coin without pre-mined coins, I don't like Tokens under the Ethreum network or under the BNB network with a bunch of tokens in the creator's wallet. Let's face it, a project without premining and POW is safer than any other project based on smart contracts since they are all ICOs. Phiblock is not an ICO.
